SkyLink Systems LLC inici\u00f3 oficialmente sus actividades en agosto de 2016, bajo el nombre de "Black Diamond Logistics". Nuestro primer cliente fue una empresa de tecnolog\u00eda de California que trabajaba con Trucking and Freight Logistics. Recibimos cargas de los transportistas y las publicamos en una subasta donde los transportistas pueden ofertar por las cargas y los transportistas pueden aceptar o rechazar las ofertas que reciben.\u00a0<\/p>

Nuestro personal not\u00f3 que era necesario poder rastrear los env\u00edos en tiempo real y comenzamos a buscar empresas que pudieran hacerlo por nosotros. Encontramos muchas empresas que ofrec\u00edan equipos para rastrear activos, pero eso fue todo lo que hicieron. Nadie monitore\u00f3 las actividades en tiempo real sobre el terreno como servicio para flotas peque\u00f1as y medianas o empresas de servicios. Identificamos la necesidad de productos iguales o similares en la industria de servicios. Decidimos agregar esos productos y servicios a nuestro men\u00fa.<\/p>

Nuestro primer cliente de rastreo GPS fue un contratista el\u00e9ctrico en el este de Arizona con una flota de 8 camiones de servicio de 3\/4 y 1 tonelada. Adem\u00e1s de brindar un centro de despacho de servicio completo, SkyLink Systems LLC ha evolucionado hasta convertirse en un centro de despacho de servicio completo.\u00a0<\/span>Externalizaci\u00f3n de Procesos de Negocio<\/span>\u00a0(<\/span>BPO<\/span>) proveedor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div>
