No, not normally.  All the software you need is cloud-based. There is nothing you need to downloadTo avail yourself of the full benefits of using our services, you will have to have access to a good internet connection. If you plan on using the mobile application, you will have to download an APK (the SkyLink mobile App) file via the SkyLink Systems website, and have data service as part of your cell phone subscription. 

Anywhere on earth you have good data or internet service you can access the dashboard and/or mobile appNOTE: We do not use Apple platforms & technology. To access the mobile app, you will need to use an Android-based phone or tablet. 

Yes, we believe it is very user-friendly. Of course, there is a learning curve with any program or software. As part of the onboarding process, SkyLink Systems will provide hands-on training and orientation. Our support team is always available to help with any questions at any time, Free of charge of course.

The short answer is YESHowever, if we find something that does not like to play well with our systems, we do what we can to make it work. We have a staff that can work with the developers of your technology and try to come up with a solutionDepending on the extent and complexity of the project, there may be a charge. 

You will be able to track your devices by either using a computer or an Android OS. If you are using a computer, you will have access to an app that will have a robust set of tools at your disposal for tracking your assets. You will also have access to your assets by an app on any smartphone. However, the cell phone app is not as robust a set of tools that you have access to on the computer program.

  1. The positioning accuracy is <2.5 CEP.  
  2. The system is updated every 12 seconds so you will get near real-time data. This is a programmable setting on most of our tools that can be adjusted from between 6 seconds and 120 seconds
