DOWNLOAD APP
step 1:
enable .apk installations
By default, Android disables APK installations for security reasons. To enable this you can follow the instructions below.
Android 8 or above
Samsung devices
- On your device, tap Settings > Apps.
- At the top-right, tap Vertical ellipsis..
- Tap Special access > Install unknown apps.
- Tap the browser from where you will download the APK, such as Chrome.
- If prompted, toggle Allow from this source on.
Non-Samsung devices
- On your device, go to Settings.
- Tap Apps & notifications > Advanced.
- Tap Special app access.
- Tap Install unknown apps.
- Tap the browser from where you will download the APK, such as Chrome.
- If prompted, toggle Allow from this source on.
step 2:
download .apk file
Click download .apk file to download it to your android device.
step 3:
install .apk file
- Once download is complete, open your Android device’s file explorer app.
- Locate your APK file in your file explorer app and select it.
- The APK installer menu will appear—tap Install.
- Allow time for the app to install.
- Tap Done or Open once the installation is complete.
You may also see additional steps, depending on your device and the permissions the app requires. Follow any additional on-screen instructions, as required.
step 4:
login to your account
Enter the email address and password given to you to access your account.
